Our nutrition programs are built to protect health, prevent allergic reactions and alleviate the symptoms of many types of diseases such as food intolerances, eating disorders, allergies, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, kidney disease, and or the desire to lose or gain weight.
12 week nutrition program where you work 1 on 1 with our Registered Dietitian. This is general education customized to your specific dietary needs and restrictions.
The Gluten-Free program is
Sara's Specialty to assist you with replacing gluten in your diet. Do you suffer from digestive issues or experiencing stomach pain and bloating due to gluten intolerance?
Nutrition For Athletes
Work 1 on 1 with your dietitian to ensure you are getting all the necessary calories, vitamins, and other nutrients that provide energy so that you can perform!

My motivation for dietetics is a lifestyle choice, not just a career path. I’m the first generation in my family to go to college. I went back to school after being a personal trainer for 10 years because I wanted to impact people on a larger scale. My early motivation for wanting to work in preventive care comes from having many family members with health complications and diseases that are preventable through diet, exercise and treatment. I created KISS to take the complication and make nutrition simple for the community. I am now providing my expertise and resources to help people live healthier and more fulfilling lives. I want to help guide you through your struggles, by learning and creating a way upward and onward.
I know from personal experience, life is worth fighting for and the outcome of resilience, persevering, and grinding through the difficulties has a wonderful reward at the end of the rainbow, which is doubly as amazing when your success also means your community is happier and healthier. Every program, resource and member of our community has brought me much joy. I really hope to be a resource to you and inspire you to keep fighting the good fight.
